Over 14 million UK homes have gardens and driveways, which means the domestic market has huge potential for TPS. TPS intend to make the most of this opportunity by developing a network of franchises to offer customers high quality design, products, service and peace of mind.

The franchise model has been meticulously planned and developed before reaching the recruitment stage. TPS have a real understanding of the challenges franchisees can face and have therefore put every measure in place to ensure the business operates effectively from the outset and profitability can be increased year on year.

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to embrace change and are looking for a fresh career path.

All TPS franchisees’ will be supported at all times. Intensive training is provided across all areas of the business from the technical aspect, purchasing, stock control, administration and bookkeeping as well as a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy.

A dedicated Business Development Manager will also be assigned to provide regular support and expertise when needed.
